How to Book a GAMCA Medical Appointment

• Click on “Book Now.”
• Fill out the form with your detailed information, like passport number, present address, phone number, and email address.
• Submit the form
• Make payment of the stipulated amount via UPI, or scan our QR code.
• Download the GCC slip from our website or whatsapp or your mail id.
• Get a printout of the GCC slip.

Remember that your healthcare screening units are not selected by us, nor can you choose them.  It is system-generated, so it will be allocated to your nearest healthcare unit. Also note that once the GCC slip is generated, the examination screening unit cannot be changed unless this GCC slip has expired. 

On the very day of your GAMCA medical examination, you must carry these documents along with you: 

• Original passport and photocopy of passport
• 8 passport-size photos with a white background for all GCC countries except for Oman (with a blue background) 
• For Kuwait, your visa number and Mofa number. 
• GCC slip printout.
• A stipulated amount of money is to be deposited at the center for further processing.

The GAMCA test reports will be uploaded within 2-4 days from the day of the test. It will be uploaded to our website. You can check your real-time status from there. 

If the result comes out ‘Fit’, then congratulations, your visa will be approved soon. But if the report comes out somewhat different, like ‘Unfit,’ then you have to wait for the next 2 months, or 60 days. In case of severe complications, the waiting period might vary from 60 to 90 days. 

In case your report status is ‘Pending,’ then wait for some time for the stipulated timing, else contact us. Sometimes due to server issues, the report takes some time to upload. 

The GAMCA medical test includes a blood pressure check, height, weight, and blood tests. X-rays, ECG, or any such other examinations, just to confirm that you are not carrying any infectious diseases, which means you are fit to work or stay there. You are free from contagious diseases, so you are not a threat to mankind.
