- APPOINTMENT BOOKING: From our website we provide you guidance starting from “book now” then form fill up, make your payment online (except credit cards). The appointment centers are not selected by us. It is system generated. Your test centers are selected depending upon your location. Nearest location is allocated for you. Now you will get GCC slip from us, which is your affirmation of booking with us.
- REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Original passport.
- Photocopy of passport.
- 8 passport size photos with white background for any GCC country except for Oman with blue background.
- GCC slip
- MOFA number and visa number for Kuwait
- Proof of medical test booking payment
- Any previous medical reports, medical history if any serious issues
- Bring the appointment letter or joining letter by the employer
- Vaccination report if recently taken anything.
- DRESS CODE: Wear anything comfortable as you have to go through various medical tests, also you might have to change outfits, wear hospital gown to undergo various tests as necessary.
- FASTING REQUIREMENTS: As per the guidance of medical test centers you might have to undergo fasting for some blood tests and others as guided by our expert doctors.
- MEDICAL EXAMINATION PROCESS: For medical tests our expert doctors will suggest you what kind of tests you are required to do. Sometimes it can be x-rays, blood tests, sputum tests, urine culture, stool test. If any pregnant women are planning to go then they are suggested with various other tests as well. Be honest with expert medical guides and share all your medical histories. Make the form fill up at the entrance as suggested to you on the day of test.
- RESULTS COLLECTION: Once your medical examination is done, your report will be uploaded in our website with 3-4 days from the day of test. - REVIEW OF RESULTS AND FOLLOW-UP: Once you receive your report kindly go through it properly, check what your status is, FIT/UNFIT. Depending on the status your next step will be assigned. If you are found to be fit the proceed to the next step, if found unfit then consult with the doctors at the center and do as they guide you. On that case you have to wait for another 3 months to re-appear for the next test. Keep following up. Stay updated.
- SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS TO RELEVANT AUTHORITIES: Once you have received your report then submit it to the visa processing agency or to the concerned person as suggested by your Gulf employer.
- VALIDITY OF YOUR REPORT: Be aware the medical reports are valid for 2-3 months means (60-90 days). However, follow up with your concerned GCC country as it may vary from country to country. Within that stipulated time you have to complete your journey to Gulf complete else your report will be counted as invalid and you will have to take another test.
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Kindly check with your destined country website and your employer that is there any other documents or anything else which you might be missing out. You better rush, that this time you do not delay.
